No pain by Anonymous, 7 November 2011, 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful Great bar. Don’t feel tired next day after spin when have bar 20-30 after exercise. It is just food supplement / substitute, so if you can’t have proper meal after training this is good alternative. Near no muscle stiffness and pain when used.
Effective and tasty by Anonymous, 23 August 2009, 2 out of 2 people found this review helpful Both vanilla and chocolate versions of these recovery bars are great for immediate post-exercise/race energy top ups. Wouldn’t dream of going off for a competition without one of these in my bag that’s for sure
