the perfect groupset by L4n3y89, 16 January 2017, 16 out of 16 people found this review helpful Everything you would expect an XT groupset to be. Beware though this includes the new style bb which has smaller outer shells so you will need to buy an adapter for the old style hollowtech installation spanner. The shimano product code is TL-FC24
Great set, wrong descriptions. by Dexter01, 9 April 2017, 13 out of 16 people found this review helpful Disappointed with CRC on this one. I received this group set with a few errors. They sent me a press fit bb92 bottom bracket instead of the threaded bsa 68/73 shown. The chain I received came without a connector pin or link. The shifter I received was bar clamp with the dorky gear display, not i-spec. Also the crank spider has some small cosmetic damage in it. This was probably because all the pieces come only bubble wrapped in a single box, making it easy for things to bounce around. CRC has since sent me the right bottom bracket and chain connector thankfully but the experience is still disappointing. I’ve ordered a few things from here before without problems, hopefully this is the only time this happens. Also of note, Dhl delivery to Canada will leave the package on your doorstep, regardless of whether a signature is required. This has happened several times now, and when I called Dhl about it I was told this is their policy for CRC deliveries. This is a little disconcerting for a package of this value. Overall this is a great groupset for a good price, CRC just really need to get their details right. Pros: great value and performance Cons: way too many problem with wrong parts no packaging make it easy to get damaged parts
